Slurry, acid and abrasion do in months what normal service does in years. Equipment for mining and fertiliser plants is a materials engineering problem before it is a fabrication problem — and that is where we start.

We build agitated mixing tanks, leaching and thickener vessels, acid-resistant and rubber-lined components, silos, hoppers and wear-plate structures. Material selection covers duplex and super-duplex, 904L, rubber and PP linings, and abrasion-resistant plate where erosion governs.

Heavy sections, thick-wall rolling and large-diameter shells are routine work in our shop — and every item is delivered with weld maps, NDT records and coating reports for plant asset files.
