Positive Material Identification confirms the grade of every stainless and alloy component before fabrication begins.
Weld Inspection
Welds are examined by visual, penetrant and radiographic methods appropriate to the vessel's service and project specification.
Pickling & Passivation
Wetted surfaces are pickled and passivated to restore the passive layer and deliver the corrosion resistance the process demands.
Pressure & Leak Testing
Completed vessels are hydrostatically and leak tested, with documentation issued for full traceability.
