Hava
Soğutucu
Verimli proses soğutması için API 661'e uygun tasarlanmış cebri ve emişli çekişli hava soğutmalı ısı eşanjörleri.
Efficient Air-Cooled Heat Transfer
Air coolers (air-cooled heat exchangers) reject process heat directly to the atmosphere where cooling water is scarce or costly. ADESS GROUP designs and fabricates forced and induced draft air coolers for refineries, gas plants and power generation.
Each unit is thermally rated and mechanically designed in accordance with API 661 and ASME Section VIII Division 1, optimizing fin tube selection, fan performance and structural support for reliable, energy-efficient cooling.
From single bays to complete air cooler packages, ADESS delivers efficient, reliable cooling built to your exact specifications. We welcome the opportunity to engineer the right solution.

Quality Assurance
Manufacturing Verification Cycle
Tube Bundle Inspection
Tube-to-header joints and bundles are inspected to ensure leak-free, structurally sound construction.
Fan & Vibration Test
Fan assemblies are run-tested and balanced to verify airflow, vibration limits and mechanical reliability.
Thermal Performance Test
Heat rejection performance is validated against design ratings to guarantee process efficiency.
Pressure Test
Pressure parts are hydrostatically tested for integrity, with full traceability and documentation.
