Oil Treatment Systems
The Oil Treatment 2000–12000L is the product of many years of experience. It has been tested in production and in the field, and is designed to work in difficult conditions with efficiency and durability at the forefront.
It runs fully automatically with PLC control and allows the process to be followed through all of its sensors. Thanks to its flexible interface, it gives audible and light warnings in order to prevent possible errors. Instant measurements can be seen via the vacuum sensor located in the vacuum line, while the oil sensor prevents damage to the environment and the device caused by overflow of excessively pressed oil.
It protects you from possible damages while saving you time. Since the device is integrated with the vacuum system, it provides full control over the successive processes.

Manufacturing Verification Cycle
Material Certification
All materials are certified to EN 10204 3.1 / 3.2 / 2.2 according to project necessities, with full traceability from mill to finished skid.
Non-Destructive Testing
MT, PT and UT are performed directly by our qualified internal staff, holding SNT-TC-1A qualifications to EN 473.
Welding Inspection
Controls on welding are carried out through the collaboration of welding inspectors, our partners, against the approved procedures.
Functional Testing
Assembled skids are pressure tested and function tested — instrumentation, PLC control and safety interlocks verified before dispatch.

Metering & Regulating Systems
In order to measure the gas volume utilized by the client and charge it, custody transfer metering packages can vary depending on the application. Whether it is measurement for oil or gas, we can design and supply an optimized solution.
To meet the desired equipment pressure, pressure reduction stations are necessary to regulate the high incoming pipeline pressure. We offer customized gas pressure regulating systems to meet the appropriate pressure range using control valves or regulators, preserving against high noise levels.
Fuel Gas Treatment Skids
We provide fuel gas conditioning systems with customized designs to meet the specific requirements of gas turbines, compressors, generators and burners.
Since fuel/natural gas quality is crucial for gas turbines in power plants, fuel gas stations are designed and manufactured to deliver gas at the required pressure, temperature and cleanliness.
Pig Launchers & Receivers
Pig traps serve as combined pig launchers and receivers, designed to accommodate all pig types and standard pipeline sizes up to 80 inches.
They are integrated into the pipeline network through welded or flanged connections.
