Chemical process plants punish the wrong material choice. ADESS engineers equipment around the medium first — clad, lined, duplex or high-alloy — so that the vessel outlives the process it was built for.
We fabricate reactors, distillation columns and towers, shell & tube heat exchangers, condensers, reboilers and agitated vessels in carbon steel, stainless, duplex, clad and lined constructions. Our engineering team runs thermal design in HTRI, mechanical design to ASME Div.1 and Div.2, nozzle load checks, seismic and wind calculation, and finite element analysis for fatigue and creep.
For wet H₂S, amine, hydrogen and other lethal services we apply NACE-compliant material selection, controlled PWHT, hardness surveys and ferrite checks — documented in a full manufacturing data book.
