Heat Transfer Equipment
Each unit is designed around the project's process conditions — pressure, temperature, flow rate and required thermal performance.

Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers
ADESS manufactures different heat exchanger configurations according to customer and process requirements: Fixed Tubesheet, Floating Tubesheet, U-Tube, and welded or expanded tube connections.
Thermal and mechanical design can be performed in accordance with ASME Section VIII Div. 1, TEMA and API 660 requirements using engineering tools such as HTRI and Compress.

Water Bath Heaters
ADESS designs and manufactures Water Bath Heaters for indirect heating of natural gas and other process fluids.
Systems can be customized according to required heating capacity, operating pressure, temperature and process conditions.
Air-Cooled Heat Exchangers (ACHE)
ADESS manufactures Air-Cooled Heat Exchangers for cooling gas, oil, hydrocarbons, steam and other process fluids using ambient air.
Systems can be designed according to ASME and API 661 requirements and supplied with finned or bare tube bundles, plug or cover plate headers, customized tube bundle designs, and fan & drive systems.
